Spinaleze 100 Night Comfort Promise is designed to give you complete peace of mind when purchasing a new mattress On-Line.

We realise that you are not instore lying on a mattress and this gives you 100% confidence that you will LOVE your Spinaleze Mattress as much as we do.

As you know the Spinaleze Mattress is the ONLY mattress in the WORLD that uses the Revolutionary Aerodynamic Control Function (Spinaleze Pressure Relief Control Button) to enable you to personalise your level of support and comfort .


You and your sleep partner can select the perfect level of comfort however if you decide the mattress comfort level isn’t the perfect comfort level for you, simply contact us we will arrange to adjust the Spinaleze Mattress so that it is 100% perfect.


We offer one mattress adjustment per household under the Spinaleze 100 Night Comfort Promise.


Even after your 100 nights, you can still adjust the level of Comfort level of your mattress to suit any climatic changes or changes within your lifestyle – A World First.


Purchase any mattress from a Spinaleze and sleep on it for 100 nights*. If you don't fall in love with your new mattress during this time, you can contact Spinaleze for the adjustment to the comfort level to your mattress that your body needs (Terms and Conditions apply)

Included in your Spinaleze Mattress 100-night Comfort Promise is 1 Free comfort adjustment, so your sleep experience is the most perfect possible and you are 100% Happy.


While you agree that there is ONLY 1 adjustment allowed per household, we require you to try the comfort level of your mattress for 60 days before contacting Spinaleze to discuss any adjustments.

If you do decide that the mattress can be more perfect, simply contact Spinaleze and we will arrange the adjustment in line with the Spinaleze Terms and Conditions.


Terms and Conditions

  • Spinaleze Changes will not be processed until current or any Covid-19 restrictions are lifted.
  • Under the Spinaleze Mattress 100-night Comfort Promise, mattresses are only able to be adjusted after they have been slept on for a minimum of 60 nights and before 100 nights* (inclusive) from the date of your mattress delivery.
  • Proof of purchase must be presented to claim an adjustment. The mattress adjustment is limited to one only adjustment within the 100-night period and only 1 per household. No further adjustments will be accepted once an adjustment has been applied.
  • A mattress that is, in Spinaleze’ opinion, damaged or soiled neglected or in less than desirable condition or there is evidence of mistreatment in any way will be exempt from the Spinaleze Mattress 100- night Comfort Promise and unable to be adjusted.
  • A structurally sound bedframe/bed base is essential to the performance and comfort of your mattress. The Spinaleze mattress must be used on an appropriate approved bedframe/bed base. IF Solid timber slats are used on the bed base, the slats should be no more than 7-8cm apart. Failure to use a suitable bedframe/bed base ( as approved by Spinaleze Medic Pty Ltd will result in your Spinaleze Mattress 100-night Comfort Promise being voided and the mattress being deemed unable to be adjusted. Spinaleze reserves the right to inspect the bedframe/bed base via live inspection or photos to satisfy Spinaleze.
  • A $350 service fee will be waived for any purchaser’s mattress for the Spinaleze Mattress 100-night Comfort Promiseadjustment should the claim be approved.


Final Decision.

The final decision to adjust the Spinaleze mattress is at the discretion of Spinaleze.  NO correspondence will be entered into.

The benefits given to you by this Guarantee are in addition to other rights and remedies that you may have under any applicable state laws. Our products /goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

All actions will in line with the NSW Consumer Law requirements.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, should the mattress be faulty Spinaleze will follow the directions of the NSW Consumer laws.
