"Had trouble sleeping" ? Chances are you're not alone - but help is on the way. One Sydney chiropractor has come up with a pillow designed to give you a perfect night's sleep.
It's called Spinaleze and it's designed to support the neck and spine by not caving in as other pillows can do over time.
The design has small grooves for the neck and head to rest on, while the pillow also comes in different shapes and sizes, depending on the person's body position during sleep.
"There are no muscles that are supporting the neck," says the pillow's creator, chiropractor Mo Helou. "These grooves have a cushioning and cradling effect on these joints to support them."
Mr Helou developed the product for his patients, many of whom found that sleeping badly aggrevated their pain issues.
"You get 20 to 30 patients a day saying they have neck problems, arthritis. You treat them and then the following day they come back and say 'I've slept and it's stiff again'" says Mr Helou.
"So it had to be the pillow."
The pillow's unique light -weight fabric also allows air to flow through to the sleeper rather than being blocked by the weight of the pillow itself.
Bill, a patient of Mo's, says the pillow has eased some of the neck pain he used to get from sleeping.
"It's not a miracle cure overnight to fix a sore neck. But for me it hasn't come back and that's been a couple of years," Bill says.
Naturopath Louise told A Current Affair she has also been able to sleep better thanks to the Spinaleze pillow.
"The pillow has been a huge benefit, you get treatment while you are asleep," she says. "It's like seeing Mo for eight hours a night."
It costs $139 plus GST as well as postage and handling.

It's a great Australian success story - a quiet achiever that became an overnight sensation.
It all started a few months back when Mo Helou appeared on A Current Affair.
The medical scientist and registered chiropractor had spent 10 years creating the ultimate pillow - Spinaleze.
Back then, it had a cult following among his patients. But when our story went to air, Mo went from selling one or two a week to having thousands and thousands of customers all wanting pain relief. Now, the pillow factory is working overtime to keep up with demand for this Aussie invention.
"I've never seen anything like it before, there would be thousands of calls a day, says Mo. "What I tell my patients is it's like having an extra eight hours of sleep a night."
Mo says he always wanted to get this pillow out to the public.
"I did - for those suffering, the best thing you can do for them is give them a good night sleep, but when the phones went into meltdown I had to look for help!"
Patients Lisa and Geoff have offered to help. And we called in entrepreneur Justin Herald to give his advice. It's strange to see a crisis meeting when business is booming.
"Welcome to success, that's the unfortunate thing - people seem to think that if only they were successful things would be unreal, but it's more hectic and that's the whole point," Mr Herald says.
"But there's two ways a business will fail: number one you don't sell anything or it doesn't work and number two, it grows so quickly that you are not prepared for it."
Geoff is now taking care of business so Mo can take care of his patients.
As for the pillow, well, the orders just keep on coming.
"I still can't believe it," says Mo. "There's interest from the UK, US, Europe and Japan."
Physiotherapist Jerome Finkelstein, Remedial Massage Therapist Sally Davies, and Chiropractor Mark Symonds are all true believers.
"They're really good for people who are suffering from back or neck pain, joint stiffness, osteoarthritis, it's even good for snoring," says Mr Symonds.
"The Spinaleze pillow is the only pillow that I have recommended to my clients," Ms Davies says.
So how much does Mo's miracle invention cost?
