Which SPINALEZE pillow is right for me?
This is a very important question. As we are unable to accept returns of
used pillows (for obvious health and safety reasons) you need to choose
carefully.
Differences in human shoulder widths and sleeping positions means we have
three different designs based on your height and sleeping style:
Q1. Do you sleep 90% or more of the time on your back? If yes,
then the Low Profile Pillow is probably right for you. It is only 10cm high
at the front where you rest your head.
Q2. Do you mostly sleep on your side? If yes, then the Medium or
High Profile Pillow is probably right for you. The correct pillow depends
largely on your shoulder width, which in turn is generally influenced by
your height. So…
a) Are you 1.8m (6 feet) or under and of average build? If yes, then the
Medium Profile Pillow is probably right for you. This is the pillow that
suits most people. It is 12.5cm high at the front where you rest your head.
b) Are you over 1.8m (6 feet) or do you have particularly broad shoulders?
If yes, then the High Profile Pillow is probably right for you. It is 15cm
high at the front where you rest your head.
Q3 Do you sleep on your stomach? If so, we believe this is the
worst position for neck and back pain and we strongly recommend you try to
sleep on your side (best) or back instead. If you continue to sleep on your
stomach then it is probably best to have no pillow at all, but if you do
want to use a pillow then the Low Profile would probably be the best option
as it is only 10cm high.
Q4 Is the pillow for a child under 12 (regardless of sleeping
position)? If yes, then the Low Profile Pillow is probably the right one.
2. How long will it take to deliver my Spinaleze pillow?
We use a professional fulfillment centre and ship via a tracked parcel
system, so it usually takes around 5 WORKING days for you to receive your
pillow. If you pay by cheque or money order then we have to wait for that
to clear before we can arrange shipment. We will endeavour to have your
SPINALEZE pillow to you sooner. You can, of course, always drop us an email
at any time to check on the progress of your order.
3. How long does it take to feel the benefit of a Spinaleze
Pillow?
Many people experience immediate relief (just read some of the
testimonials we have received...). Some, however, take longer. If you have
been sleeping on the wrong pillow for a long time, your neck may take some
time to adjust to the correct sleeping position. Depending on your
condition, age, previous pillow size, etc it can take from a few days to a
few months. You may experience some initial discomfort if you are used to
sleeping on a pillow that is too low or high as your neck must realign to
the correct sleeping position. We believe Spinaleze pillows provide
excellent support for your head and neck due to the material they are made
from and their unique design. Over time they will mould to your specific
shape to provide additional comfort. If you still do not experience relief
after a few months, then we strongly recommend that you speak with your
spinal care professional to see if there is a more serious problem.
4. How can I pay?
Online: The easiest and quickest way to pay is via the payment facility on
our fully secure website. Visa and MasterCard only at this stage.
Call Centre: Please have your credit card details ready before calling. If
you want to speak with someone first and purchase a pillow over the phone,
call 1 300 886 345 and one of our call centre staff will help you. Most
calls are answered very quickly, but if it is a particularly busy time they
may take your details and call you back so you are not left on hold for too
long. A far better option for you is to simply email us on
info@spinaleze.com.au
Cheque/Money Order: You can send a Cheque or money order to us at Quadrant
Court, Suite 4 , 197 Military Road, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 in the name of
SPINALEZE and we will send you a pillow as soon as it has cleared. .
5. Will Spinaleze™ Pillows fit in a standard pillow case?
Your Spinaleze™ pillow will come in a hygienic Authentic Unique 100%
cotton cover & and you can purchase more on our website.
The measurements of each pillow are as follows:
Low Profile: 55cm x 36cm x height 10cm (front) - 11.5cm (rear)
Medium Profile: 55cm x 36cm x height 12.5cm (front) - 14cm (rear)
High Profile: 55cm x 36cm x height 15cm (front) - 16.5cm (rear)
6. Where can I see and touch a Spinaleze Pillow?
You can order one and do not open the plastic packaging and feel it when
it arrives - if it doesn't suit you just return it to us for a pillow
refund. PLEASE NOTE: Do not open the packaging unless you are confident the
pillow will suit you as we are not able to take returns of used pillows or
any that have been removed from the packaging. If you do not like the feel
or look of it when it arrives, or if you think you have ordered the wrong
size, just return it to us at Quadrant Court, Suite 4 , 197 Military Rd,
Neutral Bay NSW 2089 and we will refund you the SPINALEZE pillow cost upon
receipt and in its original packaging.
7. Can I return it if I don't like it?
If you do not like the feel or look of it when your pillow arrives, or if
you think you have ordered the wrong size, just return it to us at Quadrant
Court, Suite 4 , 197 Military Rd, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 and we will refund
you the SPINALEZE pillow cost upon receipt and in its original packaging
(or replace it with the correct size if that is your preference). Due to
Health & Safety reasons we are unable to accept returns of used pillows
(just like swimwear or underwear). Please select carefully and feel free to
ask us any questions prior to purchasing your pillow.
